This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through SabaiSkin™ (powered by Tindahan Global Distribution Co. Ltd.), including OHO

products and our curated Thai beauty brands (Precious Skin, Joji Secret, Lemon Me, Thai Moni).

By shopping with us, you agree to the conditions below.


1. General principle

  • For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic/skincare products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or proven to be counterfeit.
  • We follow a “strict but fair” policy: protecting our customers’ right to safe, authentic products while safeguarding our business against misuse or fraudulent claims.

2. Eligibility for return or refund

You may request a return or refund only if:

  1. Defective or damaged items – Product arrives broken, leaking, expired, or unusable.
  2. Wrong item received – Item delivered is not what you ordered.
  3. Counterfeit suspicion – If authenticity is questioned, SabaiSkin™ will verify (as the sole distributor of OHO in Hong Kong). If proven, a full refund or replacement is guaranteed.
  4. Unopened & sealed items – Within 7 days of delivery, if the item is completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Not eligible:

  • Change of mind or dislike of product after opening.
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity (cosmetics are personal-use items; results may vary).
  • Products bought from unauthorized resellers or outside sabaiskin.com.

3. Return process

  • Contact us via support@sabaiskin.com within 7 days of delivery, providing:
    • Order number
    • Photos/videos of the item & packaging
    • Description of the issue
  • Our team will review within 3 business days. If approved, we will send return instructions.

Important:

  • Items must be shipped back in original packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Returned items are inspected. If the claim is false (e.g., product was used, swapped, or tampered with), refunds will be denied and item returned at your cost.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • For promotional or discounted items, refunds will reflect the final purchase price paid.

5. Replacements / exchanges

  • We offer like-for-like replacements (same product) if stock is available.
  • If not available, you may choose:
    • A refund (subject to §4)
    • A store credit for future purchases

6. SabaiSkin’s rights & safeguards

  • Right to refuse returns where abuse is detected (e.g., repeated “defect” claims, clearly used items).
  • Right to test and verify product authenticity and condition before approving a refund.
  • Right to blacklist abusive accounts (fraudulent claims, reselling returned products, chargeback abuse).
  • Right to amend policy to comply with changing laws/regulations.

7. International customers

  • If you order outside Hong Kong, additional customs duties/taxes may apply. These are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping from abroad must be prepaid by the customer, unless defective/wrong item shipped.

8. Legal compliance & consumer rights

This Policy does not affect rights under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., Hong Kong’s Sale of Goods Ordinance).

Where such rights apply, SabaiSkin™ will comply with the minimum statutory requirements.

Returns & Refunds FAQ

❓ Can I return a product if I change my mind?

No. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Only unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.


❓ What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sabaiskin.com with your order number and photos/videos of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


❓ I think I received the wrong item—what should I do?

If you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days. We will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost. You can choose a replacement or refund.


❓ What if I suspect my product is fake?

SabaiSkin™ is the sole distributor of OHO products in Hong Kong and a verified supplier of Precious Skin, Joji Secret, Lemon Me, and Thai Moni. All products are sourced directly from Thailand. If you suspect authenticity issues, contact us—we will verify and provide a refund/replacement if necessary.


❓ Can I return a product if it caused an allergic reaction?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personal sensitivity or allergic reactions. Skincare results vary per individual, and we always recommend a patch test before full use.


❓ Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, or defect), SabaiSkin™ will cover the shipping.
  • If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer pays return shipping.

❓ How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.


❓ Do you accept international returns?

Yes, but return shipping from outside Hong Kong must be prepaid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.


❓ Can I exchange my product instead of a refund?

Yes. If stock is available, we can send you a replacement of the same product. If unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
