  • By ordering, you represent that all information provided (name, address, payment details) is true, accurate, and complete.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts at our discretion, particularly for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free.
  • Packaging and labeling may vary due to manufacturing or export standards in Thailand.
  • As skincare results vary by individual, we make no guarantee of outcomes, except where required by law.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout via approved methods (credit/debit card, e-wallet, bank transfer, or COD where available).
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to:
    • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
    • Incorrect pricing or stock errors.
    • Breach of these Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout; actual delivery may vary due to customs, couriers, or unforeseen delays.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier errors, customs clearance, force majeure, or inaccurate addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • No returns for opened/used items due to hygiene.
  • Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, wrong, or counterfeit products.
  • All claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with proof.
  • Refunds processed only after inspection; shipping fees non-refundable unless our error.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized reselling or cross-border diversion of products may result in termination of account and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, SabaiSkin™ shall not be liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Loss of profits, opportunities, or goodwill.
    • Reactions or results from product use (customers are responsible for patch-testing before full use).
  • Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SabaiSkin™, its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
